Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller of personal data sent through this website is KM Innovation USA (“we”), the US quoting and logistics desk for KM Innovation Corp. (Gwangju, Korea). Desk address: 6621 19th Street East, Sarasota, FL 34243, USA. Requests: sales@kminnovationusa.com. We are not established in the EEA and have not appointed an Article 27 representative; EEA/UK/CH requests are handled from Florida, normally within one month.

We do not sell personal data, do not advertise with it, and do not make automated decisions with legal effect.

4. Drawings
Files uploaded with an RFQ are treated as commercially confidential and used only to quote and, if you order, to manufacture and inspect. Ask for an NDA before upload if you need one.
5. Recipients and transfers
Hosting and forms: Netlify (United States). RFQs are emailed to the Florida desk at sales@kminnovationusa.com. Freight and screening vendors only when an order ships. Transfers from the EEA/UK to the US rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another Chapter V mechanism as required.
6. Retention

7. Cookies
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization to measure page traffic and quote-request volume. It sets a first-party cookie. It is not used for advertising and the data is not sold or shared with advertisers. No advertising or remarketing cookies are set. Strictly necessary hosting cookies may be set by Netlify.
8. Your rights (EEA / UK / CH)
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability. Email sales@kminnovationusa.com. You may complain to your supervisory authority (ICO, CNIL, BfDI, AEPD, Garante, etc.).
